Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using aislo.chat (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Aislo is a conversational shopping interface that helps you discover products in the Shopify global catalog. We aggregate and present third-party listings; we do not sell products directly. All purchases happen on the merchant's own checkout.

User Accounts

You may use the Service without an account, but some features (saved searches, alerts) require one. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes not attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, not using it to violate any law, not scraping or rate-limit-busting, and not infringing on intellectual property or privacy rights.

Subscription & Billing

Aislo offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pro is billed monthly in advance at the price listed on our Pricing page. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and trademarks, is owned by Aislo. Product names, images, and descriptions belong to the respective Shopify merchants. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute Aislo's materials without permission.

Third-Party Links

When you click through to a Shopify store, you leave Aislo and become subject to that merchant's terms. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or quality of third-party sites or products.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aislo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aislo is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
